Xinxing Chen is a partner (Registered Foreign Lawyer) of the Hong Kong Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group and a member of the Firm’s Private Practice Group. Xinxing has more than 12 years of experience in practicing law in top-tier international and People’s Republic of China (PRC) firms. Having worked in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and New York, Xinxing represents private equity and strategic clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, private equity funds minority or control deals, leveraged buyouts, and other cross-border transactions, including transactions involving businesses in China or other Chinese elements. She also advises on corporate governance matters.
