Ms. Yang YAng is working in the Division of Plant New Variety Protection, the Development Center of Science and Technology, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. As an Examiner of PVP, she was responsible for the examination of PVP applications and the establishment PVP examination database. Currently, she mainly engages in international cooperation and exchange, automation and official datum publication in the agricultural PVP field.
