Ultimately, the rights you obtain and the structure of your licenses will impact how you will enforce those rights and what you will need to prove to obtain relief. This presentation will discuss the bundles of rights that exist, the license terms that can be used to strengthen those rights, and the manner of enforcement and issues that arise.
